With Gluten Free Chili in Mind …
It is a rainy day here in Florida–a common summer occurrence. So, I was just doing a little research for gluten free recipes–when I hit the jackpot!
I found Anne, who owns a unique blog called EZ Gluten Free, and as I was going through her many gluten free recipe videos, I was especially delighted to come across her Four-Alarm-Chili recipe.
“What a great thing to make for the Fourth!” I thought to myself. We all love chili on dogs, in bowls and mixed with salad.

I pray that you saw, as I did, that gluten free recipes can be created in a way to get you salivating–just like any other recipe. I believe it is important for those of us who have found ourselves having to eat gluten-free to find ways to frame our new lifestyles with a positive attitude.
We can close the gaps as we go along filling in our lives with meals and snacks that help to change our quality of life for the better. It is no different than if we were traveling to different countries, experiencing new things and eating the local fare. It would be different, but we would eat and enjoy with new friends in new places. We can begin to think of ourselves as “the living food eaters!”
